Little Nomad Play Mats (2)

Sure, we know all about the benefits of putting down those foam play mats so our children can run with abandon and we wouldn’t have to worry about falls or trips.  But if you are remotely design conscious and don’t want your house to resemble a corner of Chuck E. Cheese, you pick your battles and decide to just helicopter more. Until now…

Play Space

Enter Little Nomad, a play mat that doesn’t require you sacrifice style.  Designer & Illustrator, Sophia Vincent Guy, created a beautiful illustration reminiscent of an heirloom carpet for their first exclusive playmat currently on Kickstarter to secure funding.

Layering textures, colors and patterns, this beautiful design is applied to a premium quality, non-toxic, foam play mat – resulting in what appears to be a rug, but has all of the practical features that soft foam flooring can offer.  Mats come in 4×6 size but can be separated to use as an exercise mat or kitchen rug…Genius!

  • This is 5 years too late for me! I looked everywhere for pretty playmats for my twin girls. Everything I found was primary colors and not so pretty. I ended up using yoga mats everywhere! I would have bought these for every room they occupied. Love this!
